This is a serie of national TOT workshop organised on 24-25/8/2012 in Hochiminh city and on 28-29/12/2012 in Hai phong city by the Department of Teachers and Educational Administrators (DTEA) of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Participants: each Department of Education and Training assigns one manager, 1 head of BOET, 2 school heads/ vice-heads of competent secondary schools (selected by DOET).
The training material has been developed in VVOB's education programme in collaboration with 5 provinces Thái Nguyên, Quảng Ninh, Nghệ An, Quảng Nam and Quảng Ngãi and successful assessed by DTEA.
