Objectives: the participants will be able to
1. Recognize the correlation between CG theories and enrollment counseling;
2. Develop a career guidance counseling program for group of secondary students;
3. Facilitate or have their colleagues facilitate a career guidance counseling program for group of secondary students.
Participants:
+ Managers and experts of DTEA and other related departments, MOET
+ 30 participants (1 DOET expert responsible for career guidance, 1 upper secondary school leader responsible for CG and 1 teacher. These may not come from the same school) from 10 Northern provinces (Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Hai duong, Vinh Phuc, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Phu Tho & Thai Nguyen) + 25 participants as RMIT guests (from 3provinces) and USSs in Hanoi.
